Dinner consisted of a canape trio (a bit cold but interesting flavors), a nice appetizer (cauliflower, over some coconut cream, tofu and veggies, cold but good) and a main dish of glass noodle with tofu. Dessert was a coconut panna cotta with mango, yum!
my overall note, I just wished the canapés and appetizer were served slightly warmer. I know this is an overall issue with plane meals, but it would make a huge difference in flavors if those dishes were more room temperature rather than straight from a very cold fridge.

This Tofu dish is exactly the kind of meal I could get behind and so easy to warm up. Which route was this on?
I am once again sat in F with the chickpea starter, sweet potato curry and slice of cake trio ex-LHR.
