Will be staying here in February, hoping more for Nexus's normal experience (substantial upgrades) vs Pacificboot's seemingly none. Assuming the latter was due to it being NYE.
It is well worth the stay even without an upgrade. The base rooms are quite spacious and have one of the best showers and bathtubs in the industry. The staff here is also incredibly friendly and helpful.
