Hi,

Me & my family are flying with Thai Airways this coming Sunday from Heathrow to Bangkok.

I have purchased the tickets direct from Thaiairways.com but i havn't entered anymore details really than the passport names is this normal?

I'm used to BA where you enter your passport number in before along with the expiry dates etc and i'm just getting a little anxious if this is normal or not for Thai Airways as its my first time with them?

I'm able to log in to the "manage booking" part with the booking reference but it doesnt work with the "check in" email link. This may just be because its not within 24hrs before the flight though.

If its a case of checking in 24hrs before online and then taking your electronic ticket with you to the airport then it looks like we are all set but just wanted to check, and as everyone knows there seems to be little or no customer service!
