I checked out of curiosity right after you posted. Did not see that segment for 11k at all. The earlier flight at 0709 hours was available for 11k on AA and 22k Avios on BA. The 1020 hours flight was 21k on AA and not available on BA. You sure you checked the right flight times on BA?
