Interesting. I was not aware that UA might be willing to rebook a corporate-issued ticket in a higher class. This is good to know for future reference.

Regarding your second comment (that the travel agency will get a record of each change), is this only the case when a ticket is rebooked in a higher service class, or does it also happen when one accepts the upgrade offer?
