What Avios do you earn? Can you only credit to the IB Avios program or can you credit to any of the other Avios programs too? I assume no BA tier points even if it’s booked with an IB code if it’s a LEVEL flight?
In the seatback menu on board LEVEL flights, it does mention upgrading to PE. So clearly it's even within the discretion of flight attendants when seats are available. No idea of typical cost however.
LEVEL flights with an IB code can only be credited to IB+. If you've booked a codeshare, then you can credit to that airline's FFP. (i.e. AA) No elite benefits.
