Manage my what?

Has anyone noticed that the ba.com "manage my booking" feature provides only a "our systems are not responding" message for the last 2 days? Why does this always happen with them, while it's never happened for me with aa.com? Is it the quality of the tech support or the complexity of the system? For my money, aa.com provides much better functionality by a mile than ba and its always up and running.
