I really have no idea why BA107 is always late. The incoming lands very early in the morning (6am to 7am) at LHR - which even if it is also late is still plenty of time for an on-time 12.45pm departure of BA107.
?? Inbound from where? Today flight was operated by an aircraft that came in from SFO around 10:30.

Yesterdays flight was operated by an aircraft that came in from Dallas at around 10am.

The flight that comes in from dxb between 6 and 7 am will rarely fly straight back to dxb as ba107. It will be turned around for a departure somewhere else around 10am
