Great thanks. I got through immediately and they are making notes for a specialist. She suggested if I didn’t give my ticket number, it should be okay but I said they have access to my aeroplan number and ability cancel flights etc. let’s see but good to speak to a human who is taking action

Only option was to cancel flight and re book but all worked out so thanks for your assurance and guidance all. Much appreciated
