I feel I have just been shafted over an Avanti Insurance transaction in November and clicking on the link in the BA email to dispute this, it’s not possible to enter any details at all. The system is hopeless if not corrupt.

Airbnb has not ever posted the avios on it's own. Everytime i have had to chase via email:
