It seems that many HHonors members are not aware that they can obtain their hotel check out folios via www.hhonors.com . So, in an effort to make things easier, I will provide "how to" directions:

Simply log in to www.hhonors.com, go to the Travel Planner page and view the My Hotel Stays section. Members can view, download, print or email the folios in PDF format for their stays within the past three months at any hotel in the Hilton family. eFolios are available 48 hours after the check out to ensure proper processing.

If the stay occured longer than 3 months previous, you would need to contact the hotel's Accounts Receivable Dept.
