Booked with 2 FNC for terrace view. Day prior prior arrival was able to select deluxe ocean view in app. When arrived at 2pm (check in at 4pm), Daisy asked if we are willing to wait for a better room instead of only ADA room available. She gave us a Napua garden room instead! She really is awesome, set me up to do advance incidentals last month as well.
The naupa club is NOT worth the cash upgrade prices TBH, while items are delicious, options was very limited. Breakfast was pastries, cereal, 1 potatoe entree, scramble eggs and bacon or sausage, cured meat, cheese and fresh fruit.
mid day snack was hawaiian chips and general soda drinks, 1 flavor ice cream.
4-7pm has 2 small plate entrees, some sweets and basic bar cocktails
