Hi. I can’t get boarding passes only checkin confirmation for a Lufthansa flight to Frankfurt from Helsinki. Others traveling could get theirs.

error message says that

Due to regulatory requirements we were only allowed to issue some of your travel documents.

has anyone else experienced this? Nervous that there could be an issue with ticket or something not entered in right in the travel documents questions about passport , destination , etc.

any advice or experience with this? Thanks!
