95% of my AA flying is transcon services and those A321Ts have always been atrociously hot for years and often have to request multiple times for the temp to be lowered, which really if you see that no one in the cabin are using their blankets, i know it isnt just me--plus i now travel with a temp reader to know i am not crazy when temps are 75+ in the cabin.

the other week the FA serving us asked "are you hot im hot but i dont know if its bc im menuapausal or this polyester uniform plus im working but wow is it hot" we were both so relieved to have a HOT flight attendant making the rest of the very long JFK-SFO flight one of the most comfortable temps in years. (she was amazing)

people who are hot have very few options to cool down once already to the base layer of clothing with no escape from the hot stuffy cabins.
