… Wow! That’s incredible. But should we really have to go through this rigmarole each every time we want to receive the benefits that we are entitled to?

I feel I have just been shafted over an Avanti Insurance transaction in November and clicking on the link in the BA email to dispute this, it’s not possible to enter any details at all. The system is hopeless if not corrupt.
