This is from the Alaska Airlines site about earning miles on KE:
To qualify, flights must be within the Korean Air flight number range (KE) 0001–1999, 2000–2999, 6000–6999, or 8000–8999, and be marketed and operated by Korean Air. The two-letter airline code (KE) must precede the flight number (for example, KE XXXX) on your ticket receipt or boarding pass. Based on the above earn chart, base miles and fare-class bonus miles earned are eligible for elite qualifying miles.
I would say no.
