The Courtyard is much more expensive than I think anybody would imagine. It's not a particularly large hotel, but it's a great location for walking to Coolidge Corner, T access is good, parking is a little more reasonable than the downtown hotels ... There was a Holiday Inn in Brookline that closed and is now an independent property.
