Initially I thought The co-pay and connection few could be an indication of future YQ removal. But then they said "extra fee" would be counted towards spend (and YQ has been identified as extra fee) so that suggests they plan to keep YQ.
Perhaps certain markets/destinations will have YQ and others not.
