You can’t officially do an interview at the land border without an appointment and because you already had the CBSA airport interview, you will not be able to make an appointment at the land border.

Whether you can do a walk-in depends on if someone no-shows or cancels very very last minute and the CBP officer deciding to do a walk-in when they are not required to.
