And at least for now, the lifetime mileage and flights listing is still being updated.
I believe there's no rounding and it depends on how many miles were rolled over/uncredited from prior activity.

I haven't done any LSP crediting activity in 2024 and it already shows I just need 301 international miles to earn 5 LSP.
