I took time to check with citi chat support and then emailed AA business extra program customer support that they have requested the SUB be updated in the AA account and they still haven't posted just the bonus miles.
And within 4 minutes I receive a response!Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are aware of this issue and are working diligently with Citibank to have the miles posted in the coming weeks.
