I used the 2023 spend summary under statements and it confirms I am at $15,225 of spend last year. I put through a charge on 12/24 that put me over the limit (same date my state closed).
I tried chatting twice and both reps insist I will not get the certificate until my 1/24/24 statement closes. Historically I always got a notification email around 4am, after 48 hours from the charge, and the following morning got the Hilton email.
Anyone else experiencing the same delay?

Here is an odd data point.
I spent $30,000 on my Aspire card between October 2 and the close of my statement on December 24.
Since then, Ive been waiting for the "Your free night has arrived" email and also checking the app and desktop versions of my Honors Account.
No email, no sign of the free night award in my account.
I called AMEX today and they told me that my free night was awarded on December 30 and expires on December 29, 2024. The rep even read off the certificate number for me.
I called Hilton and the Hilton rep confirmed this.
I would have had absolutely no way of knowing I had the free night if I hadn't called.
