Is Shopping.ba site an utter con? I had issues in the past but always put it down to IT issues. Now you can clearly see your tracking ID - but yet again points don't appear. You can't even complain anymore, had some missing from Deliveroo and all I was told was I am unable to make a claim for any missing Avios with this retailer.
I have had 100% success rate (about 20 transactions) after i did the following:
-use desktop computer
-disable antivirus vpn and all other programs that could somehow affect your browsing
-use google chrome / go to settings and allow everything cookies etc
-wipeout browser histroy cache and eveything before every transaction you do and start over
