You get MH lounge access as a OWE with a departing MH flight. Again, you definitely do not get access on an incoming QR flight (see the rules in the main lounge thread’s wiki).

As SC mentioned, whether with a domestic boarding pass that would be access to the international Golden Lounges too - including the F side at the Satellite Golden Lounge - or only the Domestic Golden Lounge is a point of uncertainty, as other flyers have experienced different outcomes with different agents at the international Golden Lounges.

However, I see you mentioned in the QR interlining thread that you only have 2.5h between your international flight landing and your departure flight.

Assuming ~1h for deplaning, the Satellite Golden Lounge and travelling from the Satellite terminal to the Main terminal, that would leave you with only ~30mins to clear immigration and collect your bags if needed before heading back to check in before the 60min cutoff.

That is doable if no line at immigration, but will make it a bit stressful if at peak times, and it’s difficult to know how long the line at immigration might be an hour later when you are at the Satellite terminal.

I would say play it by ear: first see if you can get your bags checked through - as was noted, QR’s policy appears to have changed - then decide whether you have enough time and are allowed access for the Satellite Golden Lounge. Worst case, you may have to settle for the shower in the Domestic Golden Lounge.

(If your bags are checked through and you are in Int->Dom transit, the transit-only immigration is usually faster, but can still take 30+mins at peak times.)
