As noted in the Wiki at the top of the thread, in common with most other airlines, BA has put nine-abreast seating in a fuselage that's really designed for eight abreast. This means that as well as a relatively tight seat-pitch, the seats are narrower than normal WT seats leaving very little shoulder or elbow room. The whole cabin feels extremely cramped.
I flew LHR-PHL return in the back of a 787-8 several years ago and it was a genuinely miserable experience, I would go out of my way to avoid it in future.
