You should have an email that would have been sent after applying the BXP3 for your long haul. Print/save that in case you run into issues at check in. My mistake in the case of losing a JFK-LHR BXP3 upgrade described upthread was probably calling and asking why a BXP3 was returned to my account that was already applied to a future flight. That doesn't necessarily mean that they would have given me the seat at time of check in if BE didn't correctly process it, though. As I said (and many others), this whole BE transition has been a CF.

I would argue the BXP1 (650 points) are potentially worth much more than $100 when used on the right, most valuable flights. A Flagship Business upgrade on an A321T transcon, or DFW-HNL 772 come to mind.
