Complete and utter nonsense. Inflight rapid depressurization is an immediate and very serious danger. The whole door detached from the aircraft and the hull is compromised. People don't need to die or seriously hurt for it to be a serious danger. Anytime a piece of an aircraft detached inflight, it can hit any number of part on the aircraft with potential of compromising flight control.
Stop taking such a dimmed view of aviation safety and other people's lives.
I fully agree. It was pure luck that the exploding door didn't damage an engine or the structure of the plane.
This was a very grave danger, and Boeing has been putting lives of people at risk. This needs to end.
