Booking the row is good advice. I would add if your baby is a good sleeper and your schedule allows booking an evening/night flight do that, as they will likely stick to their sleep schedule pretty well.

We found bringing a new toy specifically for the trip helped very much as well to hold attention for longer periods of time while awake.

Everything is slower with an infant in all aspects of travel so don't try to rush, or be stressed. It will just make everyone more stressed.

If you have SkyClub access, most clubs have very clean and spacious family bathrooms that are much better than the ones in the main terminal area.
