International -G is about as close to Concourse F as Concourse E, and there are various United check-in spots in all three places. I doubt it makes much difference where among those three your bag begins its journey. Also, if I had lugged my bag to F from G, that would have delayed the bag’s entry into the system by my walking time plus however long I had waited in line at F.
