Isn't it possible to containerize narrow-bodies? Is the problem with narrow bodies taking cargo that the individual containers are too small (and some items that would fit in a wide body's container wouldn't fit in a narrow body's) or that it's just enough cargo space overall to even make a cargo operation worth it?
Probably some of both. Many of AAs former cities are simply too far to make it with a full cargo load and a full passenger load. We're talking 3000 miles.
