You are probably thinking of the lavatories between J and PY on the 77W which are indeed shared between PY and J. But apart from these specific ones the answer is no, PY uses the Y lavatories.
The shared lavatories on the 77W are fully behind and curtained off from the J cabin, so would not require PY passengers to enter the J cabin.
