Comments: I was initially offered the "1 Bedroom Executive Suite, 1 King, City view", but at check-in asked for the "Larger Guest room, 1 King, Whirlpool", I thought the whirlpool would be a nice treat after the 15 hour flight. It did not disappoint!

Comments: I have 10+ stays and 50+ nights here, this is the first time I didn't receive a substantial upgrade (this is the same room just on a higher floor). I'm usually upgraded to a suite or the corner room. It seems like I somehow slipped through the cracks as the upgrade wasn't pre-processed (as is usual) and the front desk agent scrambled to even find this minuscule upgrade, and the elite gift didn't show up in the room until the next day

Comments: Earlier in the day the app showed me upgraded to Emerald Studio Suite, but upon checkin I only received the corner king. The app still showed the Emerald Studio Suite, Emerald Suite, and Mani Paidi Suite still for sale, so not sure why I wasn't upgraded to a suite.
