Perhaps the super-snooper would in fact pick up duplicate bookings.....Making the 72-hour rule redundant redundant.

However, upgrade competition is pretty fierce and I still think there will be a few run-ins at the gates...Even though the rules for upgrading are pretty well defined. Personally, I find the transparency of the system to be about as transparent as CO will let it become. More transparency means more explanation = more people who don't like the rules !!

I used to work in a pax intensive industry and we had a motto: "NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF STUPID PEOPLE IN LARGE NUMBERS"....and there are a lot of FF's that are about as smart as a box of rocks .
