Yes I dont understand it either. Got the platinum personal AMEX almost 4 years ago spent about 3.5 million in total including a new Range Rover on it , still no invite. Last June I spoke to a rep and said I would be likely on the list to get a call but never did. Handful my friends have it with considerably less spend. Invites do not seem to be consistent but maybe every year the rules change? As a loyal AMEX platinum holder, would be nice to have the Centurion.
