we have 3 Aman visits coming up this year. While hopefully based on the reviews on this thread, Jena/Taka and Sara are stellar I still worry about things going wrong and us leaving thinking it was a wash.
You will probably be out of luck is the answer if you have a bad stay. They have your money they don't care.
I know personally a luxury TA who has booked many an Aman stay for people over the years that said:
"Aman has lost its way" and "Aman is finished". And that he won't be sending anybody to pulo or most Amans now.
I agree. Very different culture at many properties now. Nothing like what our first stay was years ago at Puri.
