Assuming you're a OWE (since you mentioned the F lounge), you won't have to rely on your inbound QR flight for lounge access at KUL.
The question is whether you'll be allowed into the international lounges before proceeding to domestic. This has been asked quite a few times in this forum, so do search around for the previous discussions.
There's also a whole thread in the QR forum about through-check in on separate tickets, which is quite relevant to your situation. If (and that's a big 'if') you get checked through, you can stay airside and clear immigration through the domestic transfer pathway. Customs will be cleared at the final destination.
