Arrivals lounge usage is only MH flight, IIRC. The rules were posted in the main Golden Lounge FT thread before.
You can try checking in online and/or checking in at the transfer desk airside (there is one in the Satellite terminal, on the side of the C20-ish gates, I believe).
Technically you can go pick up your bags after - others here have done this before, no issue… Just a question of how concerned you are someone else might walk away with them.
(Also, as SC said for domestic vs international lounge access, and interlining if possible.)
