The rep was definitiely not a native English speaker. I had succinctly already tweeted the issue but he started as if he knew nothing and then, once I started giving a booking reference completed it. He asked totally daft questions too.
Is the French service new or just new to me?
do you have a link to the tweet? there are a lot of fake accounts that ask for your number in response to a BA tweet.
