A panga boat tour is around $10/pp (shared) and will likely be the same thing you get from Rogers (no experience with them). However, you might appreciate the prescheduling/information of a pre-arranged tour. Also if Rogers does roundtrip to the marina, rather than embarking from the marina and disembarking at Medano Beach (off shore, into the water), then you might prefer Rogers.
