The one benefit not mentioned yet has to do with the 360 phone line, specifically during IROPS. I've found that the 360 Desk can work miracles when the situation is degrading. I've had backup reservations and alternate routing instantly added for me--all I had to do is call to trigger a change to one of the backups, if needed. In today's world where capacity is low or non-existent, this is worth it when you need it most. Additionally, when there isn't any way to recover from a bad situation, the 360 desk has been able to arrange premium accommodations for me when they strand me along the way. So, don't underestimate the value of that phone line.
This +1000%. They have booked me on multiple back-up options during IROPS; whatever I suggested as alternatives, they booked me! They have also been able to do a “long sell” (think that’s what it’s called) and put me in (domestic) F even when GDS inventory was showing zero during IROPS
They have also done “favors and waivers” for some voluntary flight changes by waiving some fare differences etc.
