It depends. Some outstations may be able to do it. At some the staff claim they don’t know how - whether that’s true or just the staff being lazy I don’t know. Heathrow should definitely be able to do SOF-LHR.

Depending on connection time you may be able to do it airside in Nairobi, but I’ve never flown through there so couldn’t tell you.
