Today a tweet (or whatever is's called these days) was passed on to a Customer Service Support Helpline and I was told to expect a WhatsApp call from them. To my surprise the number was +33 and so in France.
The rep was definitiely not a native English speaker. I had succinctly already tweeted the issue but he started as if he knew nothing and then, once I started giving a booking reference completed it. He asked totally daft questions too.
Is the French service new or just new to me?
