there’s no “low lactose” meal as such, but a NLML (non lactose meal) or a VGML (vegan meal)
it all depends how intolerant you are and is down to personal choice.
not sure what the current offering is for SPMLs but in WT the choice, not guaranteed depending where you sit, is:
a chicken curry or rigatoni with cream sauce and red pepper sauce for the main meal
second meal depends on your flight number, snack or breakfast
