My $15k spend tracker is still not there. I just chatted with Amex Chat and they claim its my issue, that it is still there.
I used the 2023 spend summary under statements and it confirms I am at $15,225 of spend last year. I put through a charge on 12/24 that put me over the limit (same date my state closed).
I tried chatting twice and both reps insist I will not get the certificate until my 1/24/24 statement closes. Historically I always got a notification email around 4am, after 48 hours from the charge, and the following morning got the Hilton email.
Anyone else experiencing the same delay?
As an update, neither Amex nor Hilton emailed me, but I happened to notice today my certificate is in my account. It lists as expiring 1/7/25, so I assume that I got it 2 days ago
