No first hand experience, but I would expect the booking class to be the same regardless which of the variants you Economy variants you choose. Only in case the fare is different (higher or lower) for another day, it will be another booking class.
B, H, M, Q, V, Y are quite high ranking and expensive booking classes, so if you are looking at cheap TAP fares it will for sure book into a 25% earning booking class.
You should be able to find the TAP fare class if you search for the origin and destination and the travel date on ITA Matrix and the TAP flight are displayed as an option.
