I admit I haven't flown on any of these airlines since the pandemic, but in my experience LA has definitely offered a consistently better flying and service experience, with the exception of AA's JFK-EZE flights, which I remember being on brand new planes (possibly 787s? I don't remember now).

I don't know whether quality of service is dependent on language, but I've generally found LA to be totally fine. On AA most of the FAs are generally good, but there does seem to be much more variability.
