I emailed the concierge and asked if it would be possible to pay for an upgrade (I don't have any CSUs, and didn't want to do a mattress run to get one since there's no guarantee re: availability). She connected me with one of the reservations agents at the hotel who provided me with the different options. I honestly thought that I'd only be given the option for the next category, so was very pleasantly surprised that the suite and bungalow were options.
