What do you mean "by mistake?" Do you mean that you canceled the ticket and then changed your mind? Or, do you mean that you meant to cancel one ticket but canceled another instead? Something else?

If it's the former, I wouldn't bother even asking. If it's the latter, you might find a sympathetic agent willing to work with you -- though I would probably try to rectify in advance.
