But even when LATAM was a member of Oneworld, it was still a bit hit-and-miss about whether the Colombia, Peru, etc. subsidiaries were included. Only the "mainline" Chile and Brazil (post-merger) were guaranteed.
Uh oh. This makes me nervous. So if there is availability on VS to fly on LATAM, we have to first check whether the flight is a particular LATAM business (LATAM Group vs LATAM Peru?) for VS to be able to actually book the flight?
