Twice in a row now at the Kitchener Crowne Plaza. When I came in last September the thermostat was set to 60F (18C). Just checked in and was greeted to a room that was 85F (29C). When I checked the thermostat was set to 90F. Check-in was super slow, so I didn't feel like going back down for another room. Took about 30 to 45 minutes to get it back to something reasonable.

Ironically right next to the thermostat was the "make a green choice and help out the environment" notice that you can hang on your door.
